The city of CY sprawls impossibly across the landscape like the corpse of an ancient predator. Its towers punch viciously into the sky whole its manufacturing plants spew clouds of corrosive steam and gas in an effort to supply all demands. Four Ne'er-do-well in the city of CY have been given a job that could clear out the enormous debt that hangs over their heads.
